Kentucky Lake is commonly known as the "Crappie Capital of the World", but it also provides excellent bass, brim and cat fishing. Our location provides access to some of the best fishing on the lake.  Big Sandy is known for outstanding bass fishing and our secluded location provides ample fishing opportunities for our guests.  Pleasant View Resort also offers fishing guide services.

The Tennessee Waterfowl Refuge is within sight and the deer and turkey hunting are as good as it gets anywhere in Tennessee with plenty of public hunting grounds to choose from.  We are located on migration routes between Canada and Mexico for geese and ducks.  This area of Kentucky Lake is renowned for it's waterfowl.
